Have you ever wanted to make your own bottle of gin? Well, now you can!
Whether you come on your own or bring your bestie, North of Eden’s Gin School classes are the perfect introduction to all things gin.
They’ll tell you all about the dark arts of distillation while you create your own gin recipe from their pantry of delicious botanicals.
Once you’ve decided on your perfect combination of ingredients, they’ll then let you loose on one of their gorgeous copper stills to transform your ingredients into a bespoke bottle of gin to take home.
Classes last for three hours and include:
- Everything you want to know about the magical world of distilling
- Access to over 30 botanicals and advice from the master distiller to help you create your perfect gin recipe
- Complimentary North of Eden gin and tonics
- Complimentary local produce grazing platter
- A guided tasting of North of Eden’s award-winning gins
- A behind the scenes tour of the distillery
- And, best of all, a 700ml bottle of your craft gin creation, bottled, labelled and ready to take home.
