EAT | EDEN Progressive Dinner
An Eden food journey showcasing fresh local produce while you experience three of Eden’s newest dining venues.
First Course: 6pm Fig Cafe & Bar
Savour the delights of fresh seafood and local produce with a variety of beautifully curated canapes as the first course, alongside a glass of sparkling Pet Nat from Coolagolite winery Rusty Fig (or another local beverage).
Main Course: 7pm Circa 1904, Hotel Australasia
Served in the stunning Circa 1904 dining room at the recently reopened Hotel Australasia, the main fare will showcase Eden’s freshly caught fish in a unique dish created by Executive Chef Luke Wakefield.
Dessert: 8pm/8.30pm Florabel Terrace
Enjoy this stunning new space with fabulous views of the sun setting behind Balawan (Mount Imlay) as you partake of dessert and cheese. For those that wish to linger on Florabel has an excellent cocktail and wine list.
